The Chesapeake Region Chapter serves the entire state of Maryland except for Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. Homeowners, Board members of community associations, and any vendor/supplier who provides some kind of service to the community association industry, i.e., landscapers, accountants, attorneys, pool maintenance, insurance, fire protection services, roofing contractors, painting, general contractors, etc. are eligible to join.
